COURSE OUTLINE

Since the first version was released over eight years ago, Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop have become the go-to software for many photographers, both hobbyist and professional.

If you are familiar with Lightroom you are probably looking to take the next step and dive into Photoshop or you may be using Photoshop and need some support understanding the how’s and why’s of things like masks and stacking.

In this intermediate class your instructor Ben Wilkinson will guide you through you the tools, techniques, and workflows for those with a good understanding of LR looking to become confident with slightly more advanced techniques that PS offers.

As the class will be in the evening you will have the opportunity to purchase food an drinks at your own expense. The New Sydney has a great menu so for those who wish to we can eat and edit at the same time!

Class numbers are capped at 6 so each student receives more of my time and attention.

WHAT WILL I LEARN

• How to import images into Photoshop

• How to perform basic edits on an image

• How to use masks

• Using the healing tools

• Blending techniques

• How to focus stack

• Using the Orton effect

WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING?

• A laptop with LR CC & PS.

• Notepad & pen

• Money for food and beverages if you wish to purchase them
