Event Photography Services

It’s not just about the photography, it’s also about the photographer/s.

If you need a photographer/s to capture your corporate function, large festival, intimate show or club night, I have the skill, experience and networks you need.

I offer stand-alone services for a single photographer and management services for larger events in need of a group of photographers. After being in the industry for so long I have a strong network of local photographers and videographers who are able to work under my guidance and cover large scale events.

Capturing presenters, performers, guests or attendees requires people with good communication skills and discretion around where and when it is appropriate to take a photo. It also requires someone who understands how to capture the ‘magic’ moments and use available light rather than just walking around taking photos.

There is a skill and art to event photography. Looking at the images below you will see that I understand how to read the energy of a crowd and will deliver pictures that makes people have ‘wish I was there’ moments. When you hire me you can expect great quality images of your event that are suitable for promotion, updating Social Media, Press Releases, or a memento for your delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.

Take the hard work out of your content creation needs and let’s discuss how I can help you make your next event look as good as it should!

How The Images Are Supplied

  • The files are delivered via Google Drive for you to download. If you have a storage system you prefer to use this can easily be supported.

  • High Resolution & social media sizing are provided – I can even add your watermark to help promote the event

  • Full license for the use of the images without ongoing royalties.

 Rates

  • Event photography packages are tailored to your requirements and can be quoted on a day, half day or hourly basis.

  • Content and photographer management services are quoted based on the scale of event, days/hours required and how many people you need. A meeting to discuss your needs will be required.
